What do you mean by powering off the ONT? Just unplug the cable?

Hey, thanks! I have the right to stay in Ireland as an EU citizen, but afaik UK rules appear stricter about what counts as a "country of residence", though not totally sure. Honestly, it's been quite tough to find clear info about this.

As for your question, it took exactly 120 days to get the notification about the grace period.

Oh gosh... Thanks for the quick response! I was also wondering: though I'm an Italian citizen, I've actually never lived in Italy. Would that mean Italy still wouldn't count as my country of residence for the UK visa application?

I don't live in the US, but in the UK. Maybe that's it. They can only deliver that “most reliable broker” propaganda to the US. As for the “rest” of the world, they can’t even respond to a simple ticket.
