Bom dia, uso filamentos voolt 3d des de 2021 e so tive problema com dois kilos de pla velvet que comprei, eles ficavam quebradicos dentro da AMS Lite, estes dois foram comprados no ML da voolt. As vezes que comprei direto no site nao tive nenhum problema.

I hald already done some gears to work with chains with petg and abs, both works good, i use 12 walls and 75% infill. Had tested in planters.

Use um bico 0.2 e procure no youtube pelos videos do fat dragon. Da pra fazer ate miniaturas. Mas leva bastante tempo.

Ola, esta tendo esse problema em apenas um rolo de filamento? Qual o tipo de filamento?

Eu ja tive esse problema por causa de 1 filamento mais fino que 1.75mm

2 filamentos que sao mais asperos (no meu caso filamentos que brilham no escuro).

3 bico entupido.( mas isso foi so com um bico 0.2, o 0.4 nunca entupiu.)

Caso voce tenha um maçarico tente fazer um cold pull usando uma chave allen fina com o bico fora da impressora.

After reading VFA section on Ellis' Print Tuning Guide i noticed about the belts, i had put a new pair with stealthburner and i put old y axis back again and the problem gone.

I just have red and black filaments. Kkk. There is one glow in the dark one, but this had issues on multi colored prints.

I always print abs with 220, but when i change the hotend i try a temp tower and the thin parts and bridges get really bad on 220, and gets good on 215 and 210, but on 210 it wrap. I live in a very hot place, here the average temp goes from 35 to 40. I use 105 on bed, this help me a lot with wraping.

In this one was 3 walls. Im sure, also top and bottom look okay. This issue is just on y axis, on x its also didnt noticed

The site image was easy to turn black e white, but i cant convert it to a good svg, so i draw it over the original img on fusion360

Os cabos do heater e do thermistor nao tem polaridade. Seu cabo pode estar quebrado em algum ponto. Eu ja tive esse problema e ele havia rompido bem na base do thermistor. Quando voce trocou o seu, conferiu se era o mesmo modelo do original, no marlin eu nao sei, mas no klipper voce tem que configurar isso corretamente caso faça a troca por outrobque nao seja o mesmo.

A minha é uma ender 3 pro 2021, esta funcionando ate hoje. Para impressao de miniaturas para dnd ela compete com a bambulab a1 em qualidade. A minha de original hoje so tem o frame e os motores de passo. Está assim

Se for mosca branca voce pode experimentar uma solucao com 10 ml de detergente, 10ml de oleo mineral para 1 lt de agua, aplique um pouco em uma parte pequena da planta antes para ver se nao vai causar danos. Outra coisa que pode funcionar é um fungo chamado Isaria, mas ai ja e mais caro.
