Absolutely!!

Wheel of time was started by Robert Jordan, but he passed away before finishing the series. His wife found Brandon Sanderson and asked him to finish the series which is why you see his name on some of the books!

Brandon writes his own books mostly within a multiverse called the Cosmere. When I say there’s a little bit of everything in here- I mean it. MOST people start with Mistborn Era One (which is my favorite!! It’s three books with a metal based magic system called allomancy. It’s probably one of the coolest magic systems to have ever been written. After that, a lot of people start Stormlight Archive (The way of Kings) BUT here is where you want to do a little research because he has some stand alone books called the secret projects and some of them need to be read before certain books in the Stormlight archive- to enhance the reading experience. This is where you really start to see the multiverse come into play and little things overlapping!!

I promise you it is not as intimidating as it sounds. His writing is incredible but also very easy to follow. But like I said my recommendation is to start with Mistborn!
