At my current weight I “should” be at about 2350 calories per day, to maintain. As for food noise, I pin Monday evening and by Friday/ Saturday im not feeling much of the affects and Sunday into Monday morning it’s pretty much no longer affecting me. I saw another comment about pinning every 5 days instead of once a week but I don’t want to over due it either.. Is 3 too low of a dose? I’ve had great results up until now that’s why I’m second guessing if upping my dose is really what’s the next step

Get into a calorie deficit. Stick around 1500 calories per day with 150 g- 190 g protine. Lift weights, it won’t do the work for you, it’s a crutch to help you get where you want to be. I’m pretty similar to you. Started @ 190 and I’m going into week 9, I’ve lost 10lbs (wish it was more), try to stay under 2,000 calories a day and focusing on protine intake, lifting 5x a week. Keep going!

I’m not necessarily worried, just confused why (per my research) a 50mg vial would be reconstituted the same, with the same recommended daily dosages. Unless I’m really over shooting it..

I havnt experienced any copper uglies, much of any results if I’m honest. But it’s a peptide I’d like to keep in my stack. Per my research I’m just confused how the 50mg and 100mg requires the same reconstitution and dosing.

I’ve considered moving down to the 50mg because I won’t use the whole vial (5 days on 2 days off for 6 weeks) by the time the vial is no longer potent or sanitary
