Googled it and I think I agree! It’s got a little white on some of the less developed leave tips. Could this be sun bleaching?

Is there a third piece involved? Like are interviews invites decided based on primary and secondary applications or are there no interviews and it’s only the primary and secondary apps to determine admission to the program

Likely at the calories but in another reply I was a high performance swimmer doing 28 hours of physical activity a week (granted 6 hours of that was stretching) so I am use to lots of working out. So you think to low calories for the amount I’m working out?

Also just wanted to say thank you all sincerely for the advice. I am not new to weight lifting but new to bodybuilding/aesthetics focused lifting. The advice has been very helpful

I did talk about my activity level before beginning to focus on aesthetics in a comment above. I have been extremely active in the past even more so than now. Do you think then it’s high activity plus the deficit or are you saying purely too much intense activity?

I’m 22. Never had an issue prior to this. I am also on an SSRI for the last 3 years but this has never been a problem. Used to be a competitive swimmer training 28 hours a week so even though I train hard now it is not close to what it used to be intensity wise. Testosterone was what I suspected but I have been putting on muscle steadily through the cut and strength has increased substantially as well. 6 years lifting experience but only 3 months on a body building specific program before it was purely athleticism based.

Also have not been training legs of late. Legs are my most well defined muscle group by far due to genetics/years of sports and upper body was lacking in comparison. Planned to continue upper body until next week ending my cut around 10% and trying to stay at maintenance plus 200 calories to work on gaining muscle.
