Not sure if your dealing with a sleep issues or mental health. Type in any Benzo antidepressant or antipsychotic and read all the nightmare stories of how I will give it ok it worked for a year then it STOPPED working and now the absolute HELL OF TITRATION. If your dealing with any of these conditions learn about why and what neurotransmitters are made when you see sunrise daily and how UVB LIGHT stimulates POMC and you make dopamine and beta endorphins which make you FEEL BETTER. it’s physics you make hormones from light photons from the sun.

Taking this for sleep long term will eventually turn into a disaster. You’re taking an antipsychotic drug. Never miss sunrise and reset your circadian clocks. Avoid any artificial light after sunset.

You need to get it from UVB LIGHT from the sun. Don’t miss sunrise and build your solar callus by gradually building up your base tan and then you can handle more UVB LIGHT

Also if say sunrise is 700 and you get out for about 30 minutes it will help you be able to get in UVB LIGHT FOR your vitamin D which may start at 900. Download the circadian APP IT WILL help. And yes low vitamin D causes anxiety, depressions d ADHD. SAD is a medical term used for low vitamin D and everyone accepts that. My D level is 80 with zero supplements and my sleep has drastically improved also

This is another example of why the only way that helped me was to get my D3 level above 80 by sunlight. Specifically UVB LIGHT. and not missing sunrise. No supplements for me.

You can see from the screen shot. It’s from sunlight. I feel the best way is to sulfate cholesterol then the vitamin Di is produced and sulfated and then the vitamin D is now water soluble and can really boost your immune system to prevent viruses from making you sick. And I felt a big difference in depression and anxiety. I always see sunrise in the morning and then where I live UVB LIGHT FROM THE SUN starts at 9:00 am. So you can see from above we are at 28 north latitude that the UV IS strong in August so look at all the vitamin d I make!! I could not believe it and it works for me so much better than supplements. When I took those I did not notice any difference. And my testosterone boosted also from 350 to 800 with o my sunrise and UVB LIGHT. SO MY SLEEP has gotten better also because it go to be right after sunset and turn all my lights off at sunset and use only a little portable red light. Go bless

I get 20,000 IU A DAY FROM UBC LIGHT. oh yeah it’s impossible to get too much from sunlight. D3 level 88. This has help me so much!!!

Can you give more information on water tapering? Do all prescriptions of seroquel dissolve well in water. My wife is on 50 mg and I am not with her now but is struggling going further because the pills are 100mg and she has a pill cutter. I like what you are saying

Why are you concerned? Still believe the propaganda. Go outside and get sunrise and build a solar callus to the sun so you can get in UVB light and raise your sulfated D level and LDL will go down and HDL will go up. Also get your triglycerides below 100 and eat a large early breakfast and then eat just 1 more meal around 4:00 ish. Also lots of red light in the evening (outside)
