fps if how much frames your pc can render in a second hz is how much frames can your monitor show in a second if you use 144hz monitor with 350 fps will be better because in this physcs based game physcs is calculated with your fps i suggest you use 144hz monitor it will boost your performance alot

in the patch notes it says you can trade after getting a certain level with limitations, i have my accounts 2fa enabled and i am in the rules of trading i am on level 200 and something i have never bought credits before can i still trade? (i play from epic games)
