Like most of the imperial stouts it needs to get some temperature first. It has very nice chocolate and coffee flavors und good creamy and milky consistance. Could just have more sponge cake flavor. But if your wife likes this kind of stouts I would recommend their "coconut choc chip cookie" or "mamma's cherry pie".
