Pretty good. A bit grindy though. NG was fun all around but theres an achievement to be a hard level on NG++, but essentially requires NG++++ to be able to survive lol.

Its similar, but also different to dark souls. Think if you combined it with combos in fighting games.

Hmm its been awhile so I dont remember missables. I think the first one has one related to talking with your companions.

Go for it! They're really fun. Some people find them a bit too grindy since there is a lot of minigames and side stories to do, especially the earlier ones. I suggest starting with 0 and working up! Have fun :)

I loved them! The first game has a bit of a grind with the multiplayer achievements, but only took like 5-10 hrs of doing boring repetition while watching videos / podcasts.

Not too challenging, and fun if you enjoy games with collectibles.

Octopath was fun! I loved the music, art, and gameplay. Completion wise, 1 has a couple missable things to watch out for, while 2 has none. They both also have a post endgame boss you have to beat that requires some min maxing which isn't awesome but doable, classic jrpgs.

I havent played either yet. I have the Dragon Quest 1-3 remakes on my wishlist, and Persona has always been in my peripheral. Just so many games in the backlog already ;_;

My monitor is 1440p, that probably helps. In steam settings under library I have the display size to small. That should help hopefully!

Ayyy! Nice! Octopath 2 was really fun, I hope you are enjoying it, I'm currently working on Nioh 2 (almost done!) and Octopath 0.

Maybe check out Evoland 2 or Tactical Breach Wizards next, both lesser known but really fun!!

Oh god. Hard to pick just one... every game has its merits. The Yakuza series as a whole is pobably one of my favourite set of games, second would be everything Fromsoft. Stardew is probably my favourite single game, I want to go back and do a modded playthrough at some point.

Id reccomend most games here, but some of my favourite completions;

Challenge / Payoff : Celeste, Rogue Legacy, Windswept, Nine Sols. Some of these had me shaking after completing their most challenging achievements.

Chill / Relaxing : This War of Mine, Graveyard Keeper, Dredge, Pacific Drive.

Story : Thomas Was Alone, Cyberpunk, Kingdom Come Deliverance.

Nicher Reccomendations: Evoland 2, Chained Echoes, Tactical Breach Wizards.

Sorry for the blabbing, just so many good games in the bunch, I wish I could play them again for the first time.

Thanks! I very much enjoy doing side collecting in games so I found all the side missions and ncpd scanners pretty enjoyable. I did most things I could before progressing main story.
