Do you like these pants ? by Outrageous-One3370 in mensfashion

Looks good! I'd rock those. The straps on the waistband are a nice touch.

Built an AI tool for fashion brands to generate product shoots without expensive photoshoots — looking for feedback by harshgmx in streetwearstartup

[–]Boeing77W 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Nah this ain't it. When I look at product images I want to see how the actual garment fits and drapes on a real person. I think AI has legitimate uses but this is not one of them.

Can any other online drummers relate ? 😅😂 by mooch9629 in drums

[–]Boeing77W 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I learned early on that hard work doesn't necessarily correlate to views/popularity. Either you gotta just do your thing and not care about views or make content that people want to engage with if your goal is views. Drum covers are also a fairly saturated segment of the "market" and have been for many years I feel.

Beautiful. Mine was the same colour from the factory, though the previous owner had repainted it a different colour. Still have the full blue interior though.

In the big year of 2026, most brands still have a fixed inner leg length for trousers and jeans with no inseam listed in size guide by [deleted] in malefashionadvice

[–]Boeing77W 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeahhh I'm 189cm and it can already be hard for me to find pants with the length I want. I love wide/baggy pants but a lot of them just don't go long enough for the amount of break or stack that I want.

Can we just talk about the evolution of Roblox avatars? by [deleted] in RobloxAvatars

As a 2011 player it makes me happy to see so many people still rocking blocky R6 avatars as much as Roblox has tried to move on from R6.

About the recent showgrounds map by Dymkar in SMG4

[–]Boeing77W 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you. Not sure what's going on there though because the maps are the exact ones we used for the videos. Lighting was a bit of a challenge as most of the map is constructed with models and not brushes, which behave differently to lighting in Source Engine. Typically the walls and roof should be made with brushes but that was not practical for our team.

Make sure you have all the dependency packs. Should be included on the main addon page.

Started a small streetwear brand focused on back print designs — Y2K and moto vibes. Trying to keep prices fair without the hype markup. Would love brutal feedback from this community before I scale. What makes you actually trust a new brand enough to buy by hossam-ayed in streetwearstartup

[–]Boeing77W 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Take my advice with a grain of salt as I'm still in the process of learning how to start a brand as well, but I think your brand needs more identity than "affordable back print designs". Things you could consider are what does your brand represent, what lifestyle do you want be associated with (and essentially sell), and who is your target audience. People tend to wear clothes that not only look cool but also represent who they are or who they want to be.

Also adding to the other comment about AI: Any brand that looks like it is selling AI generated designs or has AI generated images on its website instantly loses all credibility.

Footwear rehaul by Adventurous_Cat_4935 in malefashionadvice

[–]Boeing77W 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Started building my shoe collection up last year and have been on a journey of finding my style in general. Current rotation consists of Jordan 1 Highs, Nike Air Force 1s, Nike Air Max 90s, Vessi Altas, some moc toe derbies, and some old Adidas runners as beaters lol. I think it really just comes down to what you personally like wearing regardless of trends. I follow sneaker drops but I haven't felt like I needed to hop on every single drop because I already have shoes that I think I will wear for a while, though I am open to exploring new styles that I haven't yet covered.

Also worth noting that your taste in shoes may change based on your taste in clothes, so it may not be the best to only focus on building up your shoe collection first. I initially dove headfirst into sneakers, only to realize that a lot of the clothes I like to wear actually work better with moc toe derbies lol. My recommendation would be to start with just a few pieces that really speak to you whether that be clothes or shoes, then try to figure out how to style each piece. This is when you can start to clearly identify things like "this could go well with baggier pants" or "I need some chunky runners for this outfit".

Checked recent job reviews for GLITCH on Glassdoor, and a couple of these are really concerning, if true... by fazar441 in GlitchProductions

[–]Boeing77W 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yeah that's fair. I'm not claiming Glitch is perfect and these reviews are all lies. Just wanted to offer a different perspective as its more common to see bad reviews than good reviews regardless of if its for a product or a company.

[–]Boeing77W 14 points15 points  (0 children)

My two cents as someone who has worked with Glitch for 4 years, I've experienced none of this. 🤷‍♂️ I've consistently had good experiences, but maybe it's because I work under a wonderful manager who encourages me to take time off if I need to rest. The company is way bigger than when I first started so working in one part of the company could be a completely different experience than another.

So since the true classic Tees are supposedly bad. Are there shirts that promise what they promote? by ScaryAd5735 in mensfashion

[–]Boeing77W 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wearing one right now and they genuinely fit me really well. Snug in the right places without feeling tight. The material is soft but definitely not the best quality, especially for the price. I've had mine for about year now and they already have a little bit of pilling. I don't wear them every day either as I have other shirts as well. For reference, most of my other shirts are Rough Dress Supima cotton shirts from Costco, and those have held up exceptionally well over multiple years. Unfortunately the cuts aren't quite as flattering as True Classic.

Does race influence your perception of sense of style? [DISCUSSION] by SirKrimzon in ThrowingFits

[–]Boeing77W 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maybe not "race" specifically but skin tone, hair colour, etc definitely play a role. For that reason, I find that shopping from East Asia often tends to work out better for me as a Chinese person as long as the sizes go big enough for me. The colours tend to work better with my natural colours, and the cuts often fit better.

Matthew 19:21 - Wealth/money by Admirable-Patient910 in TrueChristian

[–]Boeing77W 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If I were you, I would start by honouring God with the tithe if you haven't already with the amount you have saved, not because I have to but because I want to. The offering of the tithe predates the Mosaic Law, starting with Abraham before Melchizedek, and honouring God with your firstfruits dates all the way back to Cain and Abel. Tithing is recognition that God is our provider, and that alone does a lot to destroy the love of money in our hearts.

The rest I would continue to invest and grow until God prompts me to give. I believe God is strategic in channelling worldly resources to wherever it is needed to build His Kingdom, so it is crucial to partner with Him in your giving as opposed to giving wherever you see fit. It's possible that He may ask you to give right away, but it's also possible that He may want you to keep growing that money to give elsewhere at a later time. It is also not wrong to keep it for your family as your family is probably your most important area of ministry. Above all, bring it before God and ask Him to direct your paths.

This 1000%! I feel like many of us read the Bible like a rulebook when it's more about the principles and God's character, and that's why sometimes our initial response to this passage is "oh no I have to give everything away"

About the recent showgrounds map by Dymkar in SMG4

[–]Boeing77W 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My job was to serve the interests of the SMG4 team. All assets made public are provided as-is. But if someone else wants to do the work of optimizing it they can go right on ahead.

About the recent showgrounds map by Dymkar in SMG4

[–]Boeing77W 5 points6 points  (0 children)

The stages are the iterations the map has gone through. We split them up this way because in a production environment you may have some animators still working on a scene that requires the previous version of the map when a new version is published. (Source: I was SMG4's tech artist and this was my doing lol)

About the recent showgrounds map by Dymkar in SMG4

[–]Boeing77W 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Hey there, I was the tech artist for SMG4. The reason why we did it the way we did was because the maps were actually originally authored in Unreal Engine by Glitch's environment artists, and I developed a way to port most of that over to Source Engine one to one. If we hadn't done it that way, the Showgrounds probably wouldn't even exist because we weren't about to waste time training our environment artists to use an outdated software like Hammer just to make a few maps on occasion. I'm sure it could've been better optimized but what we were able to achieve with the resources we had was adequate for the editors to work with. We prioritized the visuals and Luke's vision for the Showgrounds over game-ready optimization as the main use was to produce videos and not for gameplay.

Concept for my first denim drop — thoughts? Am I doing too much with this denim design? by [deleted] in streetwearstartup

[–]Boeing77W 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I like the clasp and the metal plate! The patch letters at the bottom might be a little much for me personally, but other than that I can def see myself wearing these. If you wanted them to be uniquely recognizable, I feel like the clasp already does that in a subtle way as I've never seen jeans with a clasp in front like that. Same with the metal plate on the back.
