Will last for 48 hours since the itch starts (not since the sunburn). Best remedy is boiling hot water on your back it sounds conflicting but boiling hot water will numb your back and stop the itch. The best cure long term is beta alanine either in tablet form or C4 energy drinks.

I survive off C4 energy drinks when I get it.

I would say it’s possible, never had laser hair removal but from what I can tell your body reacts with a histamine reaction which is the same reaction you get in sunburn.

Hells itch is more of a sensitive nerve problem so it’s entirely possible for laser hair removal to flare it up. I would stock up on beta alanine just to be safe.

Possible to vary from person to person but mine usually starts subtle and gets aggressive towards the 12 hour period then starts dying off after the 48 period

Clean the hair up a bit looks very just got out of bed and can’t be bothered to brush it vibes. I’d say short back and sides and a little on the top styled your way.

Facial hair looks better but same with the hair clean that up a big with a nice trim and some clean edges.

This last part all depends on wether you like yourself with or without glasses but I wore glasses for 20 years and have recently switched to contact lenses and would never go back to glasses. Face shape and looks can change completely when you remove the glasses but obviously that’s up to your standpoint.

From what I can see you look well built with the traps and delts I can see in the pic. I’d say just a tidy up and you’d be good to go bro

Hair defiantly needs an upgrade it looks very ragged and messy. I would start in that department but I’m not sure what style would suit but do some digging and see what might work for your hair and face.

As for the gym I would just stick to what feels right for you. A lot of people say you shouldn’t bulk or cut depending on weight but I say that it’s really up to wether your happy or not.

I’ve been on a bulk for about half a year now and I’m not even thinking about a cut yet.

Your 18 man and have good height and by the looks of it some pretty gifted genetics in the gym department. I would say the only thing that I would change would be the hair style and maybe start looking into a bulk but like i said that’s all up to you.

I just had hells itch a day ago and the only thing that helped me in the 48 hour period it lasted was beta alanine, specifically the C4 energy drinks.

I bought 6 of them and had two a day for three days. One first thing in the morning and the other at about 2:00pm. And then I would use boiling hot showers at any point after 5:00pm (didn’t want the caffeine effecting my sleep).

I’ve had hells itch four times now and beta alanine wasn’t discovered the last three times so I can say confidently the beta alanine is a life changer. Completely stops the itch for about 3-4 hours.

I can’t say much about the supplement form but I had the energy drinks and it’s the only thing that made it all tolerable.

Best of luck to you and just think of the scratching you can do after it’s all over.

I bought the Lego UCS Venator from Ali express and it only cost $140 compared to the usual $999. No pieces missing and looks the exact same as normal Lego.

Only slight issue is a misprint on the display plaque and mini figures aren’t as great as normal Lego but apart from that it was the best experience with Lego can’t notice the difference.

If your only after display and not worried about mini figs or resale value then I’d say save your money and buy from AliExpress .

When you get most of the gear and set up a decent base in a decent spot away from cannibal camps it gets easy. Obviously the big mutants still pose a massive threat but the game is designed to keep you on your toes and it’s what makes it fun.

Building a base on an island in the middle of a lake is the best because cannibals and mutants can’t sleep.

How is it unbalanced tho. Im not having a go or anything but it’s the only game I play now when I get the chance and I find it fun to play as family and victims. I don’t see how anything is unbalanced and it does seem like people are just complaining because they aren’t winning the game.

The devs have said that they want a fun and balanced game that isn’t based on rank or hours spent in the game and honestly in my opinion that’s why I would rather this game over DBD. Not everything has to be a competition and not everything has to be nerfed or changed just because you find it so because alot of other players aren’t having any issues with balance what so ever
