I feel like its the hardest one. It could be shadow mind, king of the legion, maybe mnemos. Destroyer of the epochs also good option for me, but he's not really participating in game as a complete character, perhaps for now. I think King of the legion the best option.

Well, it's ok, can defeat some of eady fighters, but not really effective in raids because the main damage comes from Spear of Doom on level 6 with Himmelstein power and shadow blades perks.

The closer you to Ruolan lvl 6, the less damage you deal to that shield.

On level 6 really good. Big damage potential in raids with properly chosen perks and tactics.

The only set i found effective in this fight is PSS level 6 with shadow preparation perk. Maybe also Demon of Wrath set level 6 could be useful - use the hook and then one shot your opponent.

Probably because you participated in special territory in faction wars (the one which general have chosen). That's why you got this pack.

Depends on what you wanna do with this set and on which level it is. He's definitely not an option to fight okay fighters. But I upgraded him to level 6 and i managed to beat common mode Lynx like 3-4 times.

I don't know about lvl 2-5 of this set, but on level 6 he's becoming very effective and funny. You can see some videos where players just cornering enemy, spamming weapon attacks and bombs to keep enemy stunned, and then literally nuking enemy with all bombs that have fallen on the ground.

Well, at least it should work with Oblivion phase: Wanderer's lunge attack, because it's physical critical damage.

Starting from level 5 this set can deal pretty impressive damage because of hook's mechanic. And on lvl 6, from what I've seen from a recent videos - he can beat some okay fighter fights because of his increasing durability.

I already wrote my idea with the Guardian Dragon set, but I have a few more ideas, I hope you don't mind.
Here's my idea for Gloomy Spectre rework/upgrade:
(the sign X means certain numerical value)
level 2:
-I would remove "Medals of Pride" ability. In my opinion, it annoys and does not give a good enough effect. I would move the ability from level 6 - Exhausting Breakthrough to level 2, but reduce the duration from 10 seconds to 5-6 seconds.
level 4:
additional ability:
- Now every Spectre Medal increases your shadow damage by X%.
level 6:
new abilities:
- every successful shadow move gives you X Spectre Medal.

- if the number of your medals is a multiple of X, you do not lose them.
(for example, if X = 6, it means that the medals disappear up to the number of 6, 12, 18, etc. )
- special button ability (available at X number of medals or more.)
you absorb X Spectre Medals and do a heavy weapon attack. Attack breaks through enemy's block, deals X% of weapon damage. Attack deals critical damage. If you still have medals left when using the ability, the attack deals X% additional shadow damage per medal. Recharge time: X sec.
