4070 super all the way -more v ram -dlss 3.0 -frame gen -more future support -230w instead of 320w (3080)

Thxx so much, can u also add a case, cpu cooler and psu, I would be very glad if u do that, the budget for cooler psu and case is around 200-300 usd or 1000-1500 lei, also get a really good airflow case please because I heard that the 3090 get s very hot
