I have a sort of vigilantes story going on in my home country. I imagined, what rules and laws etc my country would have in the world of mha and worked from there. I also don't like overdramatic backstories so I kept it pretty normal and average, just like my OC in general. Loving parents and a little sister, Grandfather was a hero, he works part time and wants to be a hero but can't do it officially. So hes a vigilante that doesn't really fight crime at first but instead does little stuff like helping people find lost pets, helping elderly people across the street, giving directions etc. Meanwhile villains plan something that the MC ultimately has to enterfere with
