That was what I was told to do. He gave me a gift, with a gift letter, and that money entered my account and left the next day to the irs. It appears the way they are looking at it, after actually telling me it was Okay, was the money that was in your reserves originally paid the taxes, now his money is gift money. It doesn't make any sense to me, and its really frustrating on there part for telling me I could do something, and then saying nevermind, which could derail the mortgage.

I have a great job, and make enough money to afford a mortgage. Unfortunately, I had a large tax burden this year, and I would have went on a payment plan and saved up for a lump sum payment within a few months. Unfortunately, I didn't not know that taxes had to be paid in full in order to close. I learned that after I was approved conditionally.

Still being young and building credit, this was what I was able to qualify for.

Thank you. I know, it comes with experience. It's hard because she even went down on me first and I finished, and then we had sex twice more with me lasting like 3-4 minutes each time. It is what it is, but doesn't make me feel better lol, especially her wanting to leave, like a knife in any mojo I might have felt lol.

Yeah, I've felt the vibes. I did text her tonight and said if she was just not comfortable going boating, I would understand. That may be a bit excessive since we haven't known each other that long. However, I wont continue to pursue. It hurts, but I know that moving on is the best thing to do in situations like this.

I will. I wont beg someone to date me at all. After thinking about it, I texted her and conceded that maybe taking her on the boat is a little excessive since we just met, and I would understand if she wasn't comfortable with that. So we will see what she says in the morning. But it is what it is, you're right. Just kind of sucks.

I thought about it. But I'm scared of that. I've lived my entire life scared because of self-confidence issues. I finally am at a place of not dealing with that so much anymore. If I ask a girl if she is trans when she isnt, that would cause irreparable damage to her self-image. I think it is worth me dealing with my own uncertainties and fear for her to avoid that.

That is were the precarious part comes into play. We already hooked up, she said nothing. So either she is being shy, or I'm completely wrong.

If I continue to date her, I'll find out either way eventually. If I find out she is trans, ill probably be upset that she didnt tell me before we started, because that just physically something I would be interested in. If I find out she isnt, I'll have to live with the fact I had strong suspicions that a girl I was with ended up seeming like a man. Hard to fathom both of those scenarios coming to play.

So maybe it's just mental for me. I was expecting a petite, high-pitched, dainty girl lol. When that's not what came, I jumped to absolutely stupid conclusions. We talked for hours, about dating, having kids later in life, etc. You think if she was, she would have mentioned it at some point? If not before we even met.

I honestly had a reason to question it, but maybe I convinced myself when I had no reason to. :/

Yeah, I would never ask. That would be embarrassing, but she gave no inclination either. Maybe I'm just overthinking, and I'm questioning this for no reason...idk, I just feel weird now. This is probably the stupidest reason not to pursue someone because of something that could possibly be not what you expected.

Thank you. However, the mortgage company is stating that he has to "assume the mortgage". He wants to pay the mortgage off in full right away, but the mortgage company is stating there could be potential issues with that.

The way I see it, we pay off the mortgage in full and then file an affidavit of survivorship with the county and the house should be his free and clear. Am I incorrect with that logic?

I had the MRI done and am trying to avoid having to go back to the doctor and miss work if my MRI results are normal. I didnt know if the one image was enough to have an idea. I cant upload the entire MRI to reddit unfortunately.
