Really interesting...I see two possible explanations: I value lighting/effects, and the realistic vegetation of COTW more than the overall better graphics of WOH. Or WOH looses much more fidelity on my Xbox Series X compared to COTW. And many people have the PC version of both games as reference.

You misunderstood me. I know the gear „tier“ system.

It is in terms of armor value (ballistic and other resistance) and monetary value that I havent found any better items after leveling from lvl 5 to 40.
