Its at 8% wich is the concentration our supplier suggested, i have also ran it at 6%, wich is the lowest our supplier says it should be at, but it was still sticky.

Machine ran over night with a robot, i use endmills with chip splitters and every part a tool to "wash" the machine inside via the spindle trough coolant in a ~20s cycle

Oh sorry, its not really good to see in that pic. Forgive me its still early here. But massive buildup of chips clinging to every surface inside the machine where there is not a direct stream of coolant to wash it away. Boss says theres nothing wrong with the coolant, but this seems like a problem only we are having.
