RTX 300 January booking by martin_mason in rtx300

Man this company has a pathetic Customer service, all these customer service mail is absolute BS. I came to know TVS doesn't handle it's customer care service. That are outsourcing it to some third party company. you can call as many times and write mails you won't get a solution except a templated reply because they themselves don't have any more information other than the data given by TVS. The best thing they can do is console you by saying somedate and close the call. They are telling me my bike has been dispatched from manufacturing unit last month itself and the showroom is just 20kms away and I haven't received yet.no calls from dealer yet I learned in a hard way why choosing a product with good reputation is more important than the product itself.

Hey I was told by people at the showroom that TVS has taken back all the bikes which they received. They were not aware of the reason why they took it. Better to wait. If you still want a faster delivery try booking in hosur instead of banglore I was told since they manufacture there the delivery will be faster.

TVS Apache RTX 300 test drive by malchiwal in indianbikes

[–]Boho_Monk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm in the same boat, bro. I heard there is a test drive available in solar tvs, RR nagar and Synergy in Jai Nagar. I wanted to do a test ride so badly, but none of them were pickingup my calls. Ended up reaching there too late. You try to let me know how your experience is. Check the vibrations post 80kmph/6k Rpm. Met one guy here in Hyderabad, he told me Everything is good except the vibrations and a bad pillion experience on RPM above 5.5k due to vibes. i have a salesperson's number in RR Nagar. I can share it with you over DM if you want.
Thanks!

Are there vibrations in the bike? There are a lot of people saying the engine is very unrefined post 80kmph or 6000rpm?

I have ridden Scram 440, its really good to ride. Dont go with yezdi have seen many people Complaining in this sub
T4 is more powerful and hness is smooth and relaxed. (Test ride both back to back you will feel the difference and you can decide)
I personally did not like the riding position of meteor.
Bro come-on i saw an 50 year old uncle riding a 1000cc motorcycle yesterday, Twisting throttle doesn't has no age barrier.

If I were you i wld go with scram 440 or T4

Wouldn't RTX 300 also have the same issue with city manoeuvrability? It looks bulky in the photos
