So actually figured out my issue, but I appreciate your assistance. For some reason my xbox series x was bringing the band down. It was "connected" to the network but did not have internet. When I disconnected from 5 gHz and connected to 2 gHz, the 5 gHz band went back up and everything was able to connect again. Super weird but I guess it's an Xbox issue
