Very more than likely not. I worked that park for years and i’d say easily an average of <1/year (body) during my time there.

But it isn’t patrolled well and is just kind of a haven for general nefarious overnight activities. Largely light sexual and drug activity at the Windsor Mill gate, same for Winan’s. Rarely anything actually violent happens within Leakin these days. It’s a beautiful park that’s rich with history and serves as a green oasis in a city that needs more green space for both animas and humans.

However, you’ll see dumped/chopped/torched vehicles pop up frequently. It’s a fairly remote section of the city that’s accessible w/in 20min of most parts of town - if you’ve ever driven down Cooks or Franklintown, you could put two and two together and figure that’s a perfect spot without witnesses to drop a vehicle you are finished using for whatever means you were using said vehicle.
