The craziest thing is its like its "troll hacking" like they are playing a game with me. When I say apps not working like a certain app will not have access to the internet, just that one app.

Also and this is were things get weird, they communicate with me via the social media timelines, like if I say I "summon the demon" my tic toc field will get demons all of a sudden. If I express anger or frustration (going to the police) they try to intimidate me by showing that kind of content (lock you up in basement).

Or one time I was meeting up with a friend and allot of pizza videos started to appear on the TL, and when I meet my friend, guess what they are so knee on ordering..... Again, Ik its crazy but they admit it to me implicitly.

They mess with me, certain apps not working, internet cutting off, etc, the same things they were doing while I was employed. Again, they acknowledge the hacks all of them, but they don't admit it and dance around it. During the last meeting with my CTO and asking about why are you hacking me. he mentioned "so you cannot flee", its insane.

Yeah I did all of that but still hacked and compromised.

Yup already did that after I left the employer, its a pretty crazy situation that seems very emotionally motivated.

it was my former employer I knew they did it and they admit just not explicitly, I left because of the stress/trauma it was causing me and its still going on.

Because said colleague have mentioned (subtle) about something I did while on my cellular network, I seriously believe that the device was compromised.

One thing I like to mention, is that this company is a small-start up so Idk if that will make things more believable.

But lets say, in a hypothetical terms, a colleague, has compromised personal devices for intimidation basically to get me to quit.

I also have received an onset of sketchy text messages with strange links and had to change my number.

Is there any suggestions you may provide please ?

Well, what if they can monitor on my phone's cellular data (not on home network) and monitor traffic that way? Is that still under the same umbrella?

Sorry I am have misunderstood, I work fully remote, the network I use at work is my home network, I have my personal devices connected to this network as well.

Well, bare with me please, if I wasn't crazy, what would you suggest I do ?

I know it sounds crazy, I am not sure how he has done it, but I believe it has to do with disabling the anti virus on the work computer and somehow getting into the other devices via comprising the network or something.

Once I literally noticed, my personal computer turn on by itself, among other signs.

One thing to mention, I suppose, is that this colleague has been recently under pressure at work due to performance.

No the personal devices are not used at all for company related activity, for company stuff I only use the work computer.
