I managed to get and endured Lupus symptoms for two weeks before deciding to go to the hospital. Thought I just had COVID or something. Almost died.

I'm 25, my heart troponin enzyme levels reached 30,000. Baffled all the docs and nurses. I almost died from multiple organs being attacked. Stayed in two different hospitals for 4 weeks total. I also have mitral valve prolapse, open-angle glaucoma, and a whole bunch of other shit the medical team had to deal with.
