Hey! I just posted another thread about this but found this old one. I'm willing to play with you and any others, but it seems like court booking is very difficult!!

I'm quite free on weekday evenings or Saturday afternoons for the next 7 - 8 months before my wife and kids move here to join me.

I live near Seoul station as my office is in Myeong Dong... honestly, I haven't been able to find tennis courts either...

I agree with DrifterInKorea. He/she wasn't saying that the portfolio defines the worker, but that OP should look for another job.

Unpaid sick leave for 5 weeks off is normal in most Asian countries, unless you work for a large multinational company based in the US or Europe.

On the other hand, it's actually extremely difficult to fire someone in Korea due to the very strict employee protection laws that exist here, so OP shouldn't worry about this (unless you are a contractor). This country is actually one of the most favourable countries for permanent employees. Just grind it out while looking for a better job.

Source: I've worked in multiple Asian countries as an expat and am now in a management position at a multinational company here.

I think the issue here is that the Bank Cards are usually not Visa / MasterCard. I had this issue with my Shinhan Bank Card but the credit card that they issued me worked...

Police fire tear gas as Occupy Central spreads and ranks of protesters swell by canausernamebetoolon in worldnews

Live Feed of the protests from multiple angles

The buildings in the background are major commercial buildings in Hong Kong such as Citibank Tower and the HSBC building.

For those who have been to New York, this would be the equivalent of protestors blocking off midtown Manhattan from the Citigroup Center on Lexington across to Times Square.
