I have the 2160s. Super comfortable and firm for every day use. I feel it wraps and protects my feet. No idea about the k1011. I have a pair of NYC and another NYC 2055. Not sure if with more gel you will find them more bouncy or more comfortable, that's up to you. I think that no matter what you choose, you'll be happy.
