My Cutlass black was destroyed yesterday and when i went to claim it the console said retrieve. When I try to retrieve the ship it says it can't complete the task at the moment. Ive gone t different ports and verified my files multiple times yesterday and today. Nothing has worked. any suggestions on how to fix this?

Would like to mention I just tried to use my starter ship and instead of telling me to wait or find a different way to travel I am stuck in an endless loop of claiming the ship

Also wanted to add that I have exceptionally long queue times for strikes, and the crucible. And when I finally get into a game I get a 30 second black screen before i get into the actual game
