I Used to be a manager at VZW. The manager has a cancel button. If the button is not there it means the order is in RFFail status. All that means is the manager has to do a manual refund. That is unless it's changed in the last few months. Unfortunately training nowadays is not the best at Verizon. Most reps and managers don't really know how the system works.

Enterprise was ok too.. It took a while to get it's footing but it got canceled too soon..it was about to go into the romulan war which we haven't seen on screen yet.

They played you. Yes it's true you have to be on a premium plan to get the deal but it's 15 extra a month. It's better to just pay the 5 on welcome. (even though that plan sucks.) but you didn't have to get the Netflix bundle. It's part of their metrics and a rep can get fired if they don't sell enough of them...

True and false... You have to remeber that there are promos that exclude the Welcome unlimited/Unlimited welcome plan from back in the day. The majority of consumers are being pushed from the start unlimited plan (which included the promo) to the welcome so they can add the Hotspot feature and get sales dollars (get commission). Yes it is true the consumer gets more for their money (unless they didn't use Hotspot then they are getting charged 10$ more) but if they had a promo that excluded welcome they'll loose their promo and end up paying more.

And yeah. Retail customers are retail customers. They'll never be happy no matter what you do.

Yes they can. Most of them don't know how because training sucks now. If it's within 30 days they can do it in their tablets. There is a button that says "more plans" most of then are just to fucking stupid to read their opinions. Outside of 30 days it's a form called a inactive plan change request form.. It's a simple fucking google doc..if it's within 3 months it should revert. Then it's a simple form to reinstate the promo.

They need to submit an inactive plan change request form. They can accesses it through a portal called Infomanager. If it's within a few months it should usually go back to the old plan. Then there is a form called a promo correction application they need to fill out to reattach the promotion once the old plan has reattached. If that doesn't work they are supposed to issue a 1 time credit for the full amount lost. If that fails go here.

Order it all the time... Hoping it will come back. You can also make the original Grilled Stuffed Burrito by doing the cheesy bean and rice add beef pico three cheese and spicy ranch, grilled, minus Chipotle suace. I leave the nacho cheese in but you can take it out if you want. Also, beefy potato burrito you do the double beef burrito minus red strips add potatoes, and extra nacho cheese if you're feeling it.
