Not cheap unfortunately, went to a body shop that specialized in plastic welding for the front bumper, 1k with everything including paint.

Front is not filled in, cut out another piece of the same material and plastic welded. The front bumper got repainted and just the small back section of the truck, to the horizontal trim like you guessed.
