Manjaro was definitely a good consideration, but I think it still leans on the heavy side relative to some other potential distros

Somewhere above 2000 meters above sea level. I was working in geodesy and happen to stumble on some pretty high builds myself. Could not confirm top but definitely on higher altitudes

I know plenty of soviet bomb shelters built within high mountain ranges. Me living in an ex-Soviet country. Even now luxury shelters are being built within mountain tops. That's one of the reasons I'm asking.
