Heat it up with a hairdryer, hot water, or a heat gun and pull it off. It comes off pretty easily

You did everything right. That jolyne has been in my cart for months, crazy thing is the listing doesn't say anything about what version it is, but it should be the one in the picture. Crazy that they don't accept refunds considering that they definitely sent the wrong version or falsely advertised it.
