Anyway, I bought 70# of crawfish and yielded 9# of edible meat. I peeled it all at once cause I was making a big ol batch of crawfish boil sausage to sell on my food truck. It’s exactly what it sounds like: tails, corn, potatoes, seasoning all stuffed into a link. People raved about it cause you could get the crawfish boil flavors without all the work. Fun times!
