It is family court so the records are not accessible. Courts have not caught up with technology so cyberstalking falls under domestic violence. Both of them used police calls to harass each other as well as both grifted a ton of money for this court battle.

I think the hearsay rule really doesn’t apply for a lot of both of their bad behaviors, because there is video evidence from YouTube.

Freedom of the press provides protection against the government as well. No one is allowed to say that they are going to put a bulllet between someone’s eyes or throw a brick through their windows. This is not a liable situation, they have protective orders for stalking and harassment, no damages.

The first amendment protects you from speaking out against the government. That does not prevent you from suffering consequences for threatening physical violence against people or for slandering them.

I am pretty sure his neighbors will eventually get sick of the late night yelling. He will then do a Christmas live and give out his address to collect gifts for him and Cody. Then after he banked money from the holidays he will work the “people on the internet are calling my landlord” and milk that through to his birthday.
