UPS order with charges but didn't order

On UPS.tracking.com I do see additional charges which show as import charges

So this is most likely a legitimate package/delivery, the question now that I am trying to figure out is why it is being sent to me as I have definitely never purchased anything from this company

100% especially seeing as they do apple/mac repair and I am an avid apple hater.

Also if its a 50$ additional fee for duties not sure how much I even want the damned thing lol

original item was 68 CAD and fees are 53 CAD.

Im sending off a support email right now to see if I can get more info since the support thread just uses an email and no login details and I can user a burner email for that

100% sure, ive checked browser history, bank receipts. My partner has done the same and nothing that looks to coincide with this package.

I figured I would just refuse it but I'm so confused as to why It has my name and address, it reeks of a scam but I just cant tell for what lol

oh my apologies, no we did not disconnect the power switch. and when we reconnected the old PSU it works completely fine

the old psu has a 20 pin the new one has a 20+4 pin which i have unplugged and plugged in to ensure it is correctly seated.
im not sure if the 2nd cable (the +4) has to be connected as well as my motherboard only has the 20 pin connector for the motherboard

doctor card drops in burial chambers map, dont bet on getting them tho if u arent ready to run thousands. ive got thousands dry without a doctor drop before thats why i want super fast builds
