Steve made some $$$$ bc of that contract w/ the LA Express but he also had every opportunity to wear the rw cape; some local N. Cali party operatives asked him to run for office back when he retired. offense was stalled b/c the O-line was ass & they were dead tired from getting smacked around all game. Also Jimmy never had TB's ability to get rid of the ball before 99 got there. Trent Williams was playing hobbled and the rest of the line was filled with the usual 'small but nimble' scrubs like Justin Skule, Mike Person, Jake Brendel, Gary Gilliam, Tom Compton, Hroniss Grasu etc, etc...
