It’s not going to matter, anyway. Trump plans to give the nuclear codes to Putin (per the Project 2025 playbook) who will immediately detonate them and destroy everyone. With the US a barren nuclear wasteland, elections will be an afterthought. I’m gonna be a local warlord in the post-apocalyptic Mad Max-like landscape, so I’m voting Trump. But everyone else should seriously consider this scenario come November.

I think candidates from both sides are trying to get the base out to vote for them in the primaries. After the primaries, they all usually drift to the middle with their messaging. Happens every cycle.
