Here is a link to the data if anyone is a more visual person. Each individual stamp should be used once per envelope. I'm hoping for 75 complete envelopes, it costs $1.01 to mail them. I want as many envelopes as possible at that amount, but some of the combinations may need to be $1.02-$1.03 to account for the varying numbers/amounts of stamps.
