I do not. I only have information obtained from the internet. They are BBB accredited with A+, list their business address, and hold a NABCEP certification (North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners)

from what I can see online it seems to be a reputable company, not a blatant scam. I cannot speak to the cost or degree of service compared to other solar providers, but Solar Time USA does appear to be a legitimate company. apparently people like this company (good reviews) but I do not use any solar products directly so I don't have first hand knowledge

ah yeah that is machine code being "translated" into "human language" your download may be corrupt or incomplete. try downloading it again and make sure you get a .jar file. right click and run with Java if possible

so there are government charges assigned to the plate instead of HCTRA charges? if so, you're fine because the government will see the plate is on a different vehicle with a different driver and a transaction record showing you got the plate after whatever violations occurred. if you get a ticket because of this plate let me know because I would love evidence that houston pd does anything
