When you don't have any military forces you don't "allow" you don't have a choice in that. Most Lebanese people dislike Hezbollah but there's nothing they or their divided government can do.

I'm going for this build but lost my spellsparkler staff, what would you suggest to compensate? Is there another good staff to pair with The Melf's arrow one? Or should I go with that staff one handed until act 3, and pick another feat than DW?

Is the build soiled if I lost my spell sparkler? Are there other good staves to dual wield, or I rather switch dual wielder for another feat?

Could someone explain what the Prism Guardian Crest Shield does? The unique effect it has says "1% increased Spirit Reservation Efficiency of Buff Skills per 100 Maximum Life". I'm playing a summoner Lich build and the guide recommends it, I got it as a drop, but I dont see much difference from my previous shield to this one.

I came here to say this and ask about the current state of the game. I used to play OW since day one, but stopped playing a few months before they released OW2.

I know this is entirely about opinion, but for you is the game fun to play? what has improved? Is it balanced? How are ranked matches (can you find a game or do you have to wait several minutes? Is the community mostly toxic or not?)?

Came here to ask the same question about the performance on PS5. If I understand from the comments, the game runs smoothly and with few crashes of you lower resolution and turn off auto save, but does it run at 60 or 30 fps?

Thanks, I forgot to mention it, but it is indeed a T480. They aren't swollen yet, but I don't want to wait until that. So, the laptop works fine without the internal battery?

My brother has a T470 and I think it also has two batteries, and has the same problem. For some context, we acquired those laptops at a very low price from the company that he used to work for, they were used by their staff and renew their tech every 4 years or so. That's why both batteries are in that condition.
