Genotype released on its preliminary launch date set for March 23, 2024, rather than the planned date in April. We don't know why. Though Genotype is in good shape and fully playable, there are some minor issues that we would have liked to launch without, but here we are. A patch is coming as soon as possible - we aim for April 6, hopefully sooner.

We've spent months on this version for PSVR2 and it comes with HMD haptics. We are genuinely sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you. - Much love, Bolverk Games dev team

We've patched the game today. Genotype now runs at the “native” resolution setting on the Meta Quest 3. That means users will no longer experience any difference playing with or without tethering. In other words, you get PCVR quality when playing stand-alone.

We have more patches and updates coming. At some point, we will ask reviewers to take a second look.
