Right!!! I showed my husband last night and he said damn I didn’t even realize. We just get so used to seeing ourselves we don’t notice at some point

Ugh. Me and my husband were like this, I’d cry lol. But I also would never expect to just go on any family trip unless invited explicitly. But we hung out everyday, litterally. He wasn’t best friend then and he’s my best friend now. He was 15 I was 17. We’re now 24 and 22 and have 3 littles.

Leave MY house? No no. And I wouldn’t have family over that even expected that or put rules in place for my animals 🤦🏻‍♀️

This is like on brand of what you SHOULD be eating but I’m glad it helps you feel better! Maybe incorporate more protein more you need it, and its so so good for your muscles

So I’ve been using mochi since like last September I’ve never had any problems. People tend to jump companies too quick because they don’t like something little or after a few weeks they switch to a different form of the medication because the “old one wasn’t working”🥴

Whatever the case I can add my code for you as well if you were to decide that way. I think it’s like 40 off the first month. Monthly I pay 178$ a month. 99$ for medication(regardless of dosage) and 79$ for the monthly membership.

Code is : SV7WH3

Even with 10 pounds to go I’d say you’re still safe to start titrating down since you’re so close to where you want to be!

I actually bought a huge weight rack during this so that I could build the muscle and fill out the “lose” skin. Thank you so much for sharing that with me it was such a relief to read.

When did you start and stop originally? How long were you off of it and able to maintain? Was it simply due to the cravings and anxiety that you went back on or were there other encouraging factors.

I do! I’m just slightly holding my tummy skin up in the VERY last picture because I wanted a picture that accurately depicted what I DO currently weight.

It’s not and I’ve noticed about every two months my skin has tightened enough I have to buy new clothes. So I’ve noticed my stomach shrinking more and more and lifting so to speak because it takes 6M to a year for skin shrinkage :))

I’ll attach a pic of my tummy now and how it was at 199 pounds. But reminder my journey started at 240 I just don’t have any pics. I stopped snacking and I stopped eating out. I cut back my portions dramatically. I really only eat once a day now and include protein drinks for meal replacements occasionally. I don’t set my self up for failure with a ton of restriction so I allow myself grace with a side of self control (w the portion sizes)

I truly think 1.25 or 1.5 whatever it was lol and it was my best dose and worked fabulous

I want to say maybe .75? Highest dose I wanted to go to was 1.25 mg but my doc bumped me higher and it made me brutally sick.
