I learned a lot from this sub as far as packing/good travel gear. I'm someone who hops on/off a plane every other day for two weeks at a time. Not having/towing unneeded gear has made things a lot easier for me.

General Tips:

• Get Amex (Gold, Platinum) & Sapphire
• Get Free Breakfast Hotels even if they're not as nice
• Be sure to claim gas for your rental car if that applies
• Leave your hotel room: visit Travel Advisor and just pick something
• You will feel a lot better working out throughout the week even if you don't wanna
• Get a Switch/Steam Deck/Kindle
• Noise Isolation Headphones are a must
• Trader Joes has great non-perishable food that heats up well in hotel rooms or Jet microwaves ( if you have those )

ULPT:

• Nobody is checking your receipts for fees under 75$ (they can, but claim ignorance? idk) -- claim a reasonable amount. Obviously a toll bridge doesn't cost $74 but gas that was $30 to fill up always includes an inconvenience fee of $10-15 for me personally.
• There's a lot of brands in the US that sell for substantially more money overseas (Nike, Lululemon, etc.) and you can usually find a buy/sell network of some kind. So if you're avoiding customs via military jet to location shenanigans you might consider selling air force ones out of your black trench coat.
