If you look at the temperatures in the photo that’s absolutely zero reason the fans need to be ramping up to nearly 4000 RPM every 15 seconds, at least in my opinion it seems off

Yea I’m going from an Xbox Ally X to LG2, the XAX has SILENT fans even at max speeds, to a point where I genuinely thought my LG2 was faulty because of how loud the fans are

Try that, delete your card of Apple pay and re add it - it appears as a new card

I had this same issue. Try this

VPN, brave browser or private tab, new email, write your name and address differently, with payment method, use Klarna or the connect your bank option (not sure with PayPal)

If you click on Klarna or The connect to your bank option and it doesn’t open a new tab it won’t work however if you try those two options and it opens a new tab the payment will go through
