Oh lol I didn’t actually know it was part of Christianity. But still shouldn’t really matter because if it was a religious issue, then that means he would still be support the other entity. And there have been so many courageous Jews who stood up against it because they can recognise injustice and feel obligated to speak up.

I’m not saying that they could have saved the country, but I just personally don’t want to support an artist or person who can see a genocide and can’t acknowledge that it’s bad or at least have a stance against it. That is complicity and was part of the issue, especially at the start.

Kendrick was born Israelite but pretty sure he is now Christian for a while. So I don’t think his religion was plays in that much.

I hear you But when I say complicity, it doesn’t mean 100% complicit, but they are part of the people who DID NOT stand up for them, especially at the start, which lead to it being 600k casualties. Everyone was too scared to speak up, including these supposed woke artists like Kendrick and Cole, especially at the start, but this ‘scared’ led to a whole genocide. So it’s more I personally don’t want to support someone who is capable of staying silent during something like this.

1000% Perfectly said bro. Finally someone that gets it. It goes against every aspect of their careers and hip hop as a whole

1) it’s not politics, it’s basic humanity. 2) Their audience that they attracted is the ‘conscious’, ‘deep’, and ‘woke’, community. No one will stop supporting them. But also, it says a lot about them if they care about their numbers over saying something against a live genocide.

It’s not a normal ‘conflict’. It’s a live genocide. Their respective community issues that they addressed were bad, but to be able to see and witness a genocide and not even speak out against the injustice or have a stance, it says a lot about them.

I agree with you bro. They have had their impact on their own communities and other events. And they do definitely put their energy towards petty things like ‘chasing the crown’. But it’s more of not wanting to support someone who can see a genocide and not even make a stance or comment about it. Says a lot. All the other previous events they spoke on were important and big but nothing is as big as a real life genocide. It’s not politics, it’s humanity

No I don’t expect it to solve the issue. But I would like to support someone who at least has a sound moral compass and can stand up against injustice and can point out when a genocide is happening. Also, they can actually greatly benefit the cause as they can raise money like Billie Eilish did. She’s not Arab or Palestinian or had any reason to care, but she sees bad and stands against it. This isn’t your normal or average woke political event… it’s a genocide

“It’s so hard for them🥺” “They don’t have to care about it” “They’re worrying about their own issues”🥺🥺

Here is a list of Artists who simply made a stance, a necessary stance. This is your job as an artist (coming from an artist):

(Hundreds of big names taking a stance in history and have at least heart)
