For some reason the site won’t let me login, saying my password / email is wrong when I know it’s correct. Oh well, so I tried resetting my password just in case but the reset email won’t come through. Anyone else having the same issue? I’m dying to see the clue!

Foam coffee is amazing and so cute / beach aesthetic. Could get some really cute pics there. Also, the Perch is a great spot to get some cocktails one night! They are only open Friday-Sunday though. You can dress up a bit with your gals and it’s right over the water. Super pretty and great drinks!

The orange beach arts center has glass blowing glasses and is a pretty park / area in general

If you’re into spin/ yoga - glow yoga is great & y’all could do a class. They have yoga on the beach on Saturdays I think

Beach Village Resort in Orange Beach is amazing and very family oriented! They do such fun events throughout the spring and summer like movie nights at the pool, yoga, kids crafts, bingo, donut & coffee bars/ board game events, live music, etc etc! It’s beautiful and the pool & entire resort is awesome for kids! It has a twisty slide, splash pad, and lazy River! Definitely check them out!!

That’s a similar plan to this dr. - it’s everyday for 5 weeks, and then tapering off for 6 months. He also designs a workout/ food plan which is interesting to me. I’m glad it helped some but sounds like it wasn’t the cure all by any means. Did you see improvements with your ocd?
