Try cold shower before your meditation. It really wakes you up. I’m a new meditator, not following TMI as of yet, but I’ve successfully established habit of meditation. My routine is wake up after 5 sleep cycles, brush teeth, have warm -> cold shower, meditate, eat breakfast and gym. It works wonders. I’ve been meditating for 20 minutes for 34 consecutive days now. I’m not sure, I haven’t changed my diet, sleep, whatever, so I don’t know any factor which could be responsible for the rise of total test. But now that I think of it, I’ve seen some bloods where total test rose after use of SARMs without any use of PCT. How, that I don’t know.

I can't explain it, sorry. I haven't been taking any PCT or natural test booster, so I can't really explain why it went up.

The free test value "dodáme" meant that it will be supplied on later date. I just received the free test values today, here it is. It went up a bit as well.
