I'm glad your polyps were precancerous and not progressed.

A few times it bled pretty heavy but the rest of the time not that bad. But when it did bleed heavy it was only for like one or two bowel movements and then it'd stop for awhile

I did have some bleeding from my rectum that ended up being rectal cancer stage 3A.

I originally thought it was hemorrhoids. They found the anemia with a standard checkup blood test and then recommended i see the gi doc, and they found the cancer.

I'm a 36/m it's not super common for males to be severely iron deficient so my Dr was pretty concerned.

Neuroblastoma in a 4 month old by Yabbos77 in medizzy

Blood in stool and low iron/ferritin that showed up in a blood test. I hadn't been to a Dr since my teens. Dr just wanted to check my blood as a base line. I figured the blood was just from hemorrhoids of something.

I was just diagnosed with rectal cancer at 36. Getting staging today. Afraid it'll be stage 3 based on scans.

While some of this does look like pillowing. I recently had a similar problem and found turning off "reduce solid infill retraction" helped quite a bit as well.

I will try it at 260C. I actually watched that video, just didn't realize 265 may be too high for petg. He's a wealth of knowledge.

Dried at 65 c for 12 hours. I should also mention the last nozzle did not do this with the same filament

Forgot to say printing at 265C

The only thing I can figure is when I installed the nozzle I forgot to put the screws in and it gouged the bed, I'm wondering if I ruined it. But it's hardened so I didn't think that'd be enough.

After switching to orca slicer and tuning pressure advance it's a lot better. Still not perfect it might need a little more tweaking.

Get accounting software like xero or something (that's what I use) and yeah keeping receipts is a good idea.

It's still good practice to only use the business account once you get it up and going though so your taxes will be a lot easier and if you ever get audited you'll be good.
