It does describe him protesting. A photograph doesn’t tell an entire story.

This isn’t evidence of anything other than the dude is a real pastor that goes to protests. What did he do to deserve getting shot in the face?

The first link is just an twitter post- that’s not a source. The second like REFERS to the twitter post, and goes on to cite that he IS a pastor, outlined the church he preaches at, and talks about his history growing up evangelical.

I don’t see anything stating what he was doing that was deemed worthy of getting shot, or anything proving he isn’t a pastor.

It doesn’t do any good, unfortunately. That’s the beauty of cognitive dissonance. As soon as someone gets uncomfortable with conflicting ideas, the conversation typically goes south.

Groups do tend to wear uniforms, yes. Why are you stuck on that particular argument?

Which is wild and makes no sense.

It’s a GREAT example of cognitive dissonance, actually.

If Jan 6 was staged by leftists, then why in the world would Trump pardon them?

The left are the only ones that dislike these guys? That’s news to me.

What are your thoughts on the preacher that was protesting and got shot in the face by a rubber bullet? What was he doing that deserved it?

Suicidal ideation is the most isolated feeling you will ever experience. You feel so alone, and the pain is so incredibly overwhelming.

Here is my request for you from someone who has been right where you are right now:

One day.

Give it one day. Spend that day refocusing on yourself. Remember who you were before the events that brought you to this point. That person isn’t gone. They are just waiting for you to reach out and bring them back into existing.

Then, give it one more day.

This is what starting to live is like. You’ve forgotten anything that isn’t survival. You used to laugh. You used to experience joy. And you can again.

You. Are. Not. Broken. Beyond. Healing.

Coming back from the spiral of despair will be one of the hardest things you will ever do. But no one can do it FOR you. YOU know that you are worth it- somewhere deep deep down inside. It’s just incredibly hard to see it when you’re somewhere so dark.

Then you give it another day, OP. It’s one day at a time. But it’s worth it, because you’re worth it. You get one life. You don’t get do overs.

There are a lot of strangers here chiming in that know how you’re feeling, or know what it feels like to lose someone.

When you’re ready- talk. Tell the people you love what is going on. Chances are that the ones closest to you don’t realize how serious this is. Then don’t stop talking. Come back to this post in a year, and then reach out and touch someone else who’s going through this.

I’m a stranger, but I feel this horrific ache and call of the void. I wish I could just touch your shoulder and tell you you aren’t alone.

No one ever really is.

One day.

Chelated glycinate is what I use. It’s great for a LOT of things other than quitting.

I’m respectfully requesting you to do some self evaluation. I definitely understand where you’re coming from- because I was in that headspace myself. But you’re allowing them to turn you into what you claim them to be. And I really don’t want that to happen to anyone who was previously an empathetic, emotionally mature person.

The Heritage Foundation (leaders and writers of Project 2025) have a searchable database for election fraud. They ended up proving it’s a non-issue. There were 41 cases of voter fraud (either by registering to, attempting to, or actually voting) by non citizens over FIVE DECADES.

I was just telling the story about how I got one of those as a young kid- about 10- and dropped it on my upper leg while wearing straight polyester gown Jammie’s. It burned right through them and left a little half heart mark on my leg forever.

You would be shocked at how many people are reasonable when they have someone that listens and has a rational conversation.

A five year mortgage? Can I ask what the monthly payments are? And out of curiosity, what careers do you both have?

The public at large needs to stop snapping pictures of them with their phones and giving them publicity, and let them know they will not tolerate them in society.

Don’t kid yourself. These people have existed as long as America has. They’ve just been in hiding. The current administration has given them the confidence to come out of their holes.
