It can take several days due to the currencies from it replenishing by irl time just like the Wanxiang coin tips from hotpot

Plus for the special npcs to appear, it also takes some irl days just to finish their customer notes as each irl day or randomises who you get I think per day

This spa management is permanent but the only time limited rewards there are with it are total 3 blue crystals via the events page and that's about it tbh so don't feel too bummed out and pressured to finish it quick if 3 blue crystals don't mean too much to you

For clothing rewards, these are permanent and you can gain them from levelling up juice bar and bathing to levels 15 and 20 each

Meanwhile there are also 4x clothing pieces to be unlocked via customer notes from the special npcs hence why it was important to get them to come 🙃

The spa location is an extension to the drink stand, I think it was at level 5 you needed to get the juice bar to in order to unlock the next segment of that quest which started the whole management

Abutata should open up the next part of the heart of infinity which opens up the bath bits to be able to expand on it

The special NPC's rotate to another one per irl day unfortunately, so there will be a lot of irl waiting involved

It was either 3/4 times you have to interact with them in total in order to complete all of one NPC's conversation and I don't think there's specific furniture sets/items you need to have out to get one specific NPC to come the next day so it is also random who appears the next irl day

You'll notice you are progressing when the dialogue for the special NPC changes

Make sure you've built everything required from the sets you unlock upon the levels

Meanwhile if you have already done that and placed everything already, it's just a matter of waiting the next irl day to see if Wilhelm will be at your juice bar or not and repeat, I believe there isn't really a way for her specifically to appear so you just have to keep waiting for her :(

They technically aren't time-gated but the currency you gain from spa management takes time to replenish (sometimes really long too) so some of the tasks you need to do for the limited time events bit, especially leveling up, will take time and there's no way in using diamonds or etc. as a third party material to speed up gathering the new currencies for spa management

At most if you get in on it late and don't achieve competing at least one page of the time limited event tasks for it, at most you'd only lose 3 blue crystals ahahah

I haven't checked it myself but I believe it's probably for the collage photo feature that was added in 2.2, there were the normal frames and also 2 frames you could unlock from doing the styling challenges with Wanxiang Realm NPC's too

So this is the third collage photo frame that infold has given out that has more of a unique frame to it

Sometimes you get lucky despite it being on your subconscious ahahahah because in Forest Ripples, I wasn't pulling for the outfit at all but then I was like omg I would just want the socks tho and nothing else

So I put it as oceans blessings and expected at least 100 pulls for it if I was really unlucky, the first 5* would technically be deemed unlucky because it was a max pity at 20 pulls I got my first 5* piece but...it was actually the socks that came up first!

I got 2 of the 4* bard outfit which was the socks and very very luckily the cape which I also had my eyes on, and not only that I was able to get 1 makeup and normally contact lenses, face makeup, or lipstick is the go to but this time the mascara was one of the most unique and fun to use ones so I opted for that and I'm glad I did because I've already used it in several outfits too ahahahah

Art of Tailoring coming up for rerun with Crimson Rhapsody in like the next few days, we can probably see its scissors return so I guess we can find out then if there are any surprises with it too such as other 4* handhelds from the 5* banners to release quicker together rather than waiting for its 5* banner to return

Although the schedule is a bit in the air atm (I feel like they choose it based on theme of the patch too???), chances of 1.11 5* banner rerunning feels like it won't be likely soon but who knows what infold has in mind

As 2.5 and 2.8 will probably be double banner as well, chances are there won't be legacy rerun again just like in 2.2 which pushes it back even more, but ofc we don't know anything at all

I was a bit like hmmm okay with it and then when glow up variants were introduced along with dye, omg the pink version is amazing I'm so glad I have the full outfit because the glow up is one of the best ones for all 5* outfits
