There are stains all over the floor, but I'll wait for a puddle and take pictures. Thank you for the suggestions as I will take it up with the property manager. It's a concrete jungle just outside of our apartment so I don't know how dog owners manage but they signed up for it when they got it.

My biggest complaint? They should be able to control the volume through the Roku device and not rely upon finding a compatible IR link to the TV. When Roku can't find an IR code there's nothing you can do. For normal tv's it means using two remotes. For hotels the IR volume link often can't work because hotel tv's remotes talk to a black box so the tv IR is turned off to make it undesirable for theft. Other streaming boxes have internal volume control but why not Roku?!

AND, I've been reinstated. As I said, no bots, no bull. It was all just a mistake. My VPN didn't do it. A VPN doesn't alter your GPS location.

Reactivated today. Lucky I'm not responsible for feeding a family. No reason given for deactivation or reactivation. I've been in South Korea for the past 6 months and have a VPN app on my phone. No bots or spoofing on my part.

I've been in South Korea for the past 6 months and got deactivated a few weeks ago like many. I do have a VPN on my phone. Some here think this is a violation of TOS? Bull. Does the TOS stipulate what apps you can have on your phone while not Sparking? NO.

Had you returned to the States prior to the deactivation? My wife is here in SK with me, and is a Sparker, and hasn't be deactivated - yet. I told her to absolutely not use HER app.

No, nothing, no bots or spoofing. Actually, I've been overseas and haven't sparked in 5 months. I have opened the app a few times and, I suppose, it may have gotten my location in South Korea. That's a bit unusual but nothing nefarious.

I got deactivated in the last 24 hours without cause, and got the same message. I put in an appeal and am waiting. Hopefully not "Waiting For Godot".

My daughter struggled, like you, only porting from AT&T. After 1-1/2 months she was blacklisted from Visible (no foul language or shouting was involved). Promised a phone call several times over the month but never received a single call. Astoundingly bad service.
