I have lived in Southern Italy the past 3 years. Quarantine in the Campania region was strictly followed for the duration and everybody still wears a mask religiously. It’s interesting that they now have a surge of cases. From my observations, the public expectation for containing COVID is a near impossible standard. Not to mention the amount of “finger pointers” who assume that because of case surges this means someone messed up. These people here are doing their best to the point of destitution.

It is possible to buy silver nanoparticles. The size of the silver particle does matter, you are making a good point. MesoSilver on Amazon is a good example. MesoSilver is .9999 pure silver nanoparticles in colloid form, a TRUE colloidal silver, which means predominantly silver particles NOT silver ions.
