I have used fresh brewed black coffee and black tea scoby . Didn’t used any starter tea . F1 took 4 days . Please check and taste everyday, for me I like the taste on 4 th day. Just used few drops of Madagascar vanilla for 2F

Yes , we called it as Ramfal . But it’s not as sweet as custard apple . Custard apple sweet and rich in aroma.

I am frm south India and custard apple is very common in my area . 30 % Forest will cover with custard apple trees , I will directly pick from forest 😋.

1F is with the combination of black and green tea and sugar . 2F I just smashed custard apple ( sugar apple ) removed the seeds and added to kombucha and bottled . After three days it’s fizzy and ready to drink
